Who is coming, and how many chairs that means

One row per party: the name you will use on the seating plan, the group they belong to, whose guest they are, the seats they take and the detail you would otherwise forget — the allergy, the pushchair, the lift from the station.

A totals line adds the seats back up, so the number you give the caterer is the number you wrote down.

Day-of timeline template

The day, hour by hour, with a name against every line

Fifteen lines from the first hair appointment to the last car door. Each one carries a start time, how long it takes, who owns it and the instruction that keeps it moving.

Times run down the page in order, so the sheet works as a single column you can hand to the best person, the caterer and the venue without three different versions of the day.
